February 8th – TCVCC/AACA members Mary Ann & Richie Arnone were among the participants at the monthly Cars & Coffee at the Elliott Museum.  Mary Ann shared this photo of the Corvettes on hand that morning at the Elliott.

#2 – Special Feature Section

January 7-19th – TCCVC/AACA member Frank LoVerso attended the Mecum Event at Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee and shares the photos in the slideshow below.  The first set of photos (4) in the slideshow below depict an extremely rare (1 of 93 built in Australia) ’68 Pontiac Firebird.  The fourth image is a shot of the car’s window sticker giving more detail about its history.  Frank plans on adding additional photos from the showcase, and we will post them when available…so check back!

#3 – Covid Rebel Cruisers

“Get your motor running, head out on the highway!” – Steppenwolf’s Born to be Wild (1968)

The Cruisers were born out of the inactivity that many car clubs in the Treasure Coast found themselves in during the early days of the Pandemic…no meetings, no cruises, no shows!  So, independent of their clubs, and wanting to drive their classic cars, while adhering to CDC guidelines (easier to do inside a vehicle), various car club members from around the area began scheduling (rebelling?) Saturday cruises to various locations around or near the Treasure Coast Communities.  The destination was usually a restaurant that was open and following CDC guidelines.  Covid Rebel Cruisers would plan out all the details, including a place to rendezvous, before striking out on an interesting drive on the back roads of the area.  Oh yes, there was almost always a stop scheduled at a legendary ice cream parlor to wrap up that day’s cruise!

These Cruises continue even now.  If you’d like to receive information about them, contact TCVCC members Andre Rayman (arayman@aol.com) or Sally Franklin (sfranklin_2000@yahoo.com).

The Cruisers wasted no time getting on the road again in 2025, as they headed out on New Year’s Day for a cruise to the Jersey Diner in Tequesta!  Check out the slide show below for a  quick look at the first CRC of the new year.  Then follow the link below the slider to see all the images of this day’s event from member Andre Rayman.
