March 8th – Sunday – TCVCC/AACA’s second Spring to Victory Car Show, to benefit the Road to Victory Military Museum in Stuart, had a turnout of 113 vehicles under breezy weather conditions for the display under the water tower on Stypmann Blvd. in Stuart.
